Delivery Time: 5 – 10 Business Days (Monday – Friday). 

We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. 

Delivery time may waiver outside of estimate depending on the volume of orders. 

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on size and weight. USPS shipments are calculated based on the quantity ordered. Shipments under 4lb, (1.8kg) ship First Class Mail. All other are shipped priority Mail.

Refunds do not include any SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES shown on the packaging slip or invoice. 

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

$100.01 and below orders: $14.95*. (Monday – Friday).

If you received the wrong item or the product appears defective, please contact Customer Service. We will review each circumstance on a case-by-case basis to determine if a return can or will be processed.

If you make an error of address on your order, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been submitted. Please know that we work directly with our shipping team to help resolve any address issues whenever possible. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you’ve made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we can not issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. We will only refund the original cost of the merchandise.
