Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of a dietary supplement combined with a topical gel in improving joint mobility, comfort, and ease of movement in individuals experiencing joint discomfort. 
Methodology: A cohort of 30 subjects, aged between 50 and 74 years and experiencing joint discomfort, participated in this study. The methodology involved two visits to the research center (Biofortis) six weeks apart, where subjects were required to respond to questionnaires assessing their quality of life, types of joint pain experienced, and overall satisfaction with the treatment. 
Intervention: The study involved the administration of Living Silica ® Plant Based Collagen Booster  1,000 ml and the application of Living Silica ® Collagen Booster Gel 150 ml. Participants were instructed to consume 60 ml of Living Silica ® Plant Based Collagen Booster daily and apply Living Silica ® Collagen Booster Gel twice daily. 
Results: The study reported a 20% overall reduction in joint discomfort among participants. Notable improvements were observed in various aspects, including the intensity of discomfort, joint mobility, quality of sleep, and ability to perform daily activities. A significant percentage of participants experienced reduced joint discomfort, with improved ease of movement. By the end of the study, approximately one-third of the subjects reported a complete absence of joint pain. 
Conclusion: The combined use of the dietary supplement and topical gel demonstrated potential in reducing joint discomfort and tenderness, contributing to improved overall well-being and quality of life in the participants. The study observed no tolerance issues during the six-week duration.
