No. Promotions on our website are not stackable. Your free product reward cannot be combined with other discount codes, automatic discounts, bundles, or site-wide promotions in the same order.

You can refer anyone who is not already in LIVING SILICA’s customer database.

If the brand detects that the referred customer’s email or shipping address already exists in our database, the order will be automatically refunded, and the 70% OFF promotion will be invalidated.

⚠️ Using a different email address to send an order to the same person or shipping address is not allowed and will result in the referral and reward being disqualified. No exceptions will be made.

If your friend cancels, returns, or if their order does not qualify as a “new customer order,” the reward will not be issued to the advocate.

Orders placed with a free product reward are not eligible for a refund of the free product value.

If the order is refunded, the reward will be considered used and cannot be reissued.

Refunds or cancellations requested more than 60 days after purchase are not accepted.

  • No new referrals can be added after this date.

4.1 Free Product Rewards (Tier 1: up to 5 referrals) 

a) For each valid referral (up to five), the Advocate will receive one free product valued at $29.95. 

b) Each free product is redeemable only with a minimum purchase of $49.95 or more. 

c) Only one free product may be redeemed per order, regardless of the number of products purchased in that order. 

d) To redeem multiple free products, the Advocate must place multiple separate orders (e.g., two free products require two separate $49.95+ purchases). 

e) In other words: 1 free product = 1 order of $49.95+. 

f) Each free product reward (valued at $29.95) may be redeemed for one of the following products:

  • Mineral-Based Collagen Booster Capsules (60 count)

  • Mineral-Based Collagen Booster Travel Size (100 mL)

  • Mineral-Based Collagen Booster Gel (150 mL)

g) The Advocate may choose their preferred option when redeeming each free product reward.

4.2 Cash Rewards (Tier 3: from the 6th referral onward) 

a) For the sixth referral and beyond, the Advocate will earn $5 per valid referral. 

b) All rewards are paid in cash via PayPal or bank transfer, with no minimum payout threshold. 

c) No purchase is required to claim cash rewards. 

d) Rewards are processed once the referred customer’s order has been validated and the 60-day cancellation/refund period has passed. 

e) Cash payouts will be processed after the campaign ends (September 30), no later than October 31, 2025. 

Rewards are validated 60 days after the referral’s purchase to ensure the order has not been canceled or refunded.

LIVING SILICA reserves the right to cap the Program at 5,000 total referrals across all participants.

LIVING SILICA reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or revoke rewards in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

The Program, including its rules, rewards, and eligibility criteria, may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time, without prior notice.

By participating, you agree to allow LIVING SILICA to process your personal data as necessary to administer the Program in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

LIVING SILICA makes no guarantees regarding the success of referrals, the availability of rewards, or the continuation of the Program.

LIVING SILICA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrals and advocates. Rewards may be withheld until such verification is complete.

LIVING SILICA shall not be liable for any technical issues, delays, system errors, or losses arising from participation in the Program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIVING SILICA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Program.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

a) Orders placed using a free product reward are not eligible for a refund of the free product value.

b) If an order including a free product reward is refunded, the reward will be considered redeemed and will not be reissued.

c) Refunds or cancellations will not be processed for any orders more than 60 days after the original purchase date.

d) Abuse or Fraud: LIVING SILICA reserves the right to audit, suspend, or cancel any rewards and disqualify participants in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards

  • Placing bulk or suspicious orders for resale

  • Using false or duplicate shipping addresses or email addresses
