I bought this last Summer when it had 0 reviews. What surprised me was the taste, it taste like Peach.This is real Silicon but the ingredient image on Amazon is wrong, it doesnt have the "propriety blend" Its just Silicon and Glycine. They need to change that.Silicon made my hair more shiny looking and it looks like it benefited my skin too. Im getting the plant sourced silicon next time to try that one out.

Easy to take and I am hoping it will help with bones etc., I haven't had any testing done since I started. However, I have noticed that my mind seems more clear than when I began... always a good thing.

It's expensive - probably because it is imported - but it works. Stiffness and pain disappear so much faster. I have osteoarthritis and am very active. I take a few other supplements daily. They are all helpful. I also tried silicium in capsule form. Because it's so expensive, I can't afford Orgono on a daily bases year round. But when winter comes, or I feel like a need a boost, this is my go-to fast recovery miracle product.

My recovery time was much quicker with this supplement.

My husband and I went through a bottle of the Regular Orgono Silica and really liked the improvements it seemed to make. So when we saw the one with Orgono Sports Recovery with Glycine we thought we would give it a try.My husband said he feels that it really helped even more with the stiffness that he feels in his knees. I personally am still seeing stronger nails and my skin looks a little smoother. However, I personally am not a fan of the flavour of this one with Glycine. The Regular one just tasted like Osmosis water but this has that amino acid tartness that takes some getting used to.Other than the flavour I highly recommend it. And as others said you have to be reasonable. It helps if you stick with it but don't expect miracles over night.
