I added Silca to my daily collagen, astaxanthin, MSM, curcumin, D3, Lutuin, C regimen for my skin, eyes, joints. And hair

I am taking the recommended dose but have not noticed any results yet. I'm sure it is working though😄.

What do i think ? This is one of the best supplements i have EVER taken. From maybe 20 years of drinking water from a Steam Distiller / Water purifier i had a Severe Silica deficiency. my neck pain is gone. my ankle is better. all my joints are better. the vertical ridges in my finger nails are gone. If you're drinking purified water ..you need to try Living Silica. i'm 47 / male. Living Silica has corrected my Silica deficiency. I could not be without it.

Tastes different than I remember but if it helps my knees like it used to, don’t care. Good stuff. Expensive though Most can’t afford it Only for the wealthy
