This is interesting…I’ve been drinking this Silica for 2.5 weeks.My nails were breaking. I thought well the heats on in the house, just drying out some. Best collagen booster - I have been using it for years - It is noted on my skin, nails, and hair.

I’m on my third bottle. I used the large bottle in a small bottle and I’m now in another large bottle. So that’s how long I’ve been taking this. I take two scoops of live conscious collagen every morning, except weekends and add a cap full of this. I feel like my very long, but thin hair is not falling out as much. Collagen has mainly helped me with body pain. I think this has made my hair stronger.

I have been taking this booster for a while and I really like it. It helps with joints, skin, nails, muscle recovery, memory and so many of the side effects of getting older. I like heavy 6 days a week and I'm almost never sore and it's bcz I'm taking this. I ran out for about a week once and the difference was insane! Highly highly recommend!

I added Silca to my daily collagen, astaxanthin, MSM, curcumin, D3, Lutuin, C regimen for my skin, eyes, joints. And hair

I am taking the recommended dose but have not noticed any results yet. I'm sure it is working though😄.
