I find this collagen so easy to take. No mixing with any beverage, no powdery mess. It is tasteless and easy to swallow. I have been adding about 2 tablespoons to my 40 Oz jug of iced tea every day. Just got my second bottle. I think it is helping improve my joints, skin and nails.

It took a while for this to arrive and I am excited to have finally received it.
